Dr. David M. Glasscock (Doctor of Dental Surgery): I received my Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Elon University in 1992 and my Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Dentistry in 1996. The following January, I opened my dental practice in Charlotte, NC and continue to serve the University City, Charlotte, Concord, and surrounding communities.
Donna (Office Manager): I work in the front office and have been with Dr. Glasscock since 1997. I will help you schedule an appointment and will be glad to answer any questions you may have concerning our office and our policies. I will also be happy to assist you in coordinating a financial plan for all your dental needs. I look forward to helping you have a great smile!
Julie (Hygienist): I have been involved in the field of dentistry since 1993. I was a dental assistant before graduating from hygiene school in 1995 at Westbrook College in Portland, Maine. I'm originally from Maine, but have lived in North Carolina since hygiene school. I can help you maintain a healthy smile through oral hygiene education, routine cleanings and periodontal therapy if necessary. I have been working with Dr. Glasscock since 2000 and really enjoy what I do!
Suzanne (Dental Assistant): I have been a certified dental assistant since 2003 and have been with Dr. Glasscock since 2004. I love every minute of being a dental assistant! Dentistry gives me the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others, and I feel blessed every day to be doing something I love!
Karen and Melody (Hygienists Part-time): We are dental hygienists that have been working with Dr. Glasscock since 1997 and 2004, respectively. We both enjoy educating and motivating our patients to maintain a beautiful smile.
Our practice continues to grow from referrals by our patients.
Thank you for recommending us!
If necessary, we occasionally refer some patients to dental specialists, which include orthodontists (for teeth straightening), endodontists (for root canal treatments), periodontists (for severe gum disease, implants and other periodontal issues) and maxillofacial surgeons (for oral surgery and implants). For very young children (ages four and younger) or complex treatment for children, we may recommend a pediatric dentist, who has knowledge and training related to young children and early tooth health.
