Insurance Accepted

When you call us to arrange your first visit, we will collect your relevant insurance information. We will call your insurance company to get a breakdown of benefits and verify active coverage. Using this information, we will provide you with an estimate of coverage and expected out-of-pocket costs prior to receiving treatment. This is not a guarantee of coverage - as your insurance specifies this information on your card and when you call.

When you come in for your appointment, we will provide a treatment plan which outlines your estimated co-pays. You will have the opportunity to ask any additional questions. Mostly all co-payments are received once treatment is rendered.

There are some cases where the payments will be collected prior to treatment. Example: Extractions

In most cases, your insurance will reimburse our office for covered services and provide an explanation of benefits (EOB) outlining your specific plan benefits. Our team is available to answer any questions about your treatment costs and coverage.

Dr. Glasscock accepts all forms of insurance. For patients in-network, we make billing as simple as possible. For those out of network, we will file your claim with your insurer, with them paying us directly. In some instances, particularly with out of network coverage, the insurer may reimburse you directly.
